of the article and as per the picture chosen by the customer. In using the online
shopping service, of www.olivetreetrading.com the customers are deemed to have accepted
the terms and conditions listed below. www.olivetreetrading.com reserves the right
to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer
is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or
she uses the shopping service(s) of www.olivetreetrading.com . By placing an order
the customers is authorizing the company to process the order and have the same
delivered to the given address.
- All prices are in Rupees and the products are door delivered in the respective
cities, in India only, as selected by the customer. Minimum order value is Rs. 1500/-
- All payment will have to be made online at the time of placing the order either
by use of Credit Card, Debit card and online bank transfer. All order will be dispatched
only after receipt of funds in our account. We are not responsible for any fraudulent/
misuse of the credit card /debit card / online transfer by the customer.
- No refunds will be made for order placed and confirmed with us. The products provided
on this website are warranted to be same in nature and quality which is the purport
to be at the time of delivery. Any noticed damages / complains should be reported
back to us within 48 hrs of receiving the product, to render eligible for replacements.

- The normal delivery time of the products ordered , based on location in India
is between 2 - 7 working days after receipt of funds in our bank account.
- For the items delivered by courier / speed post / registered post, their respective
policies apply.
- We are not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government,
acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. We reserve the right
to deny services to any sender, without any explanation and are not liable for more
than the retail cost of products.
- We shall try our best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever
reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
- In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible
for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the product at the address on the order form
misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the products to the person named
on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
- We will deliver exactly the same products displayed on its web pages and from
the same sources indicated. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising
due to non availability of products from indicated sources, we reserves the right
to change the source and deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar
kind of product is not available, we will inform the sender to change the order
or wait until it becomes available.
- We will not charge more than the prices mentioned on the web pages but in certain
Unavoidable circumstances we reserve the right to change the prices without prior
notice and charge the buyer accordingly.
- We ensures to deliver best quality products from known sources, we are not responsible
if the Quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.

No Cash On Delivery, Cancellation, Transit Damages & Refund Policy
No Cash On Delivery:
We believe that food should be enjoyed in its most original manner and therefore
practice the no cash on delivery policy where , as per statistics, a large percentage
of orders on COD basis are sent back on some pretext or the other. This results
in products moving out of the warehouse only to be sent back in a few days. We prefer
to keep our products well rested for genuine buyers.

Cancellation Policy:
The order process is automatically initiated by our SAP ERP operating system on
receipt of the authorization from your bank - the order then gets packed and is
ready to be shipped to your address within just a few hours of the order process
completion ensuring the shortest delivery transit time and making cancellation once
an order is confirmed, not possible.
Transit Damage:
In case of trans shipment damages by the carrier entrusted with delivery of your
order, a full replacement of damaged goods would be made by us based on the following:

Policy:
When you buy any product at www.olivetreetrading.com you are assured of purchasing
a top quality product, consistently, and therefore our terms of sales are a no refund
policy. However, for any erroneous supplies that are reported to us within 48 hrs
of your receiving the product, and if found eligible for replacement, we will ship
out the replacement material, free of any charges, to your address as per our regular
delivery policy, at no extra cost.
Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products and Services)
- All efforts will be made by us to ensure a reliable, quick and prompt shipping and
delivery of your order, once your order process is complete.
- To ensure the products reach your address in the best condition, we follow the packing
procedures as laid down by international standards:
• Products packed in glass bottles, jars etc… are all individually bubble
wrapped
• All orders are packed in 5+ ply corrugated boxes
• Any empty spaces around the products in the box are stuffed with thermocole
ensuring the products are securely held in place
- All orders placed with us will be delivered to your address through logistics express
surface service or through our despatch and delivery team. All processed orders
can be tracked using the Track Shipping option on our online store.
- The normal delivery time of the products ordered is based on location and vary across
different cities in India. Our products can be delivered to over 600 cities through
our logistics express surface service or through our despatch and delivery team.
Below is an indicative maximum lead time for delivery, to some cities across India.
In case of urgent or faster delivery of your order, please contact our customer
care team for air freight options, available at an extra surcharge.
